Achieving Balance

When Earth balances the utilization of its resources at a renewable rate, humankind is only one consideration of many; and perhaps not the most important.  In terms of forces of change on Earth, humankind may be the most creative, but almost certainly has the potential to be the most destructive.

Amongst the tools available to Earth for balancing the utilization of resources at a renewable rate are hunger, war, pestilence, and plague; all of which can be made unnecessary and avoidable through creative and generous thought and action on the part of humankind.  Let us have the empathic intelligence to manifest such creativity and generosity.

May we and our descendants walk in beauty all of our lives.
