God took me for a walk through a meadow Of white and lavender lace,

A marvelous place

With a carpet verdant

And splashes of red for accent.

The he directed my steps

Through a meadow of living gold,

So much more exciting than the metal kind.

With good fortune and by God's grace,

Another such place

May feel my feet

And greet

My soul.
